Clear non-sterile contact gel for ultrasound and medical imaging
The Parker Aquasonic Clear ultrasound gel is a non-sterile, clear and fragrance-free contact gel designed for ultrasound applications. It facilitates the transmission of ultrasonic waves between the ultrasound probe and the patient’s skin during diagnostic and therapeutic examinations.
When applied between the probe and the examined area, the gel allows continuous ultrasound wave transmission and provides appropriate lubrication of the diagnostic area.
The Aquasonic Clear formulation is hypoallergenic and designed not to stain medical imaging equipment. It is suitable for skin application without causing irritation.
Parker Aquasonic gel bottles are designed to limit dripping and gel residue during use. This contact gel offers a long shelf life, with a validity of up to 5 years from the date of manufacture.
