ANIOSYME X3 – Enzymatic Cleaner and Pre-Disinfectant

ANIOSYME X3 is an enzymatic pre-disinfectant detergent designed for enhanced cleaning and pre-disinfection of medical and surgical instruments and endoscopic equipment prior to sterilisation.

Its tri-enzymatic formula (protease, lipase, amylase), combined with a non-ionic surfactant, effectively removes organic soil while maintaining a neutral pH at the working dilution (0.5%), making it compatible with sensitive materials, particularly aluminium alloys.

Free from aldehydes and chlorides, ANIOSYME X3 provides a corrosion-inhibiting effect and is compatible with ultrasonic baths, making it suitable for cleaning protocols in hospital and clinical environments.

• Working dilution: 0.5% (25 mL per 5 L of cold or lukewarm water)
• Recommended minimum soaking time: 5 minutes
• Neutral pH at working dilution (≈ 7.5)
• Compatible with ultrasonic baths
• Latex-free, phthalate-free, free from substances of animal or biological origin

Microbiological properties (at 0.5% – 5 min):

• Bactericidal: EN 1040, EN 13727, EN 14561
• Yeasticidal: EN 1275, EN 13624, EN 14562
• Virucidal: EN 14476 (HIV-1, HBV surrogate, HCV surrogate, Herpesvirus, Vaccinia)

Directions for use:

1. Prepare a 0.5% dilution (25 mL per 5 L of cold or lukewarm water).
2. Fully immerse the medical device (minimum soaking time 5 minutes; brush if necessary).
3. For endoscopy: double cleaning (10 + 5 minutes) with brushing.
4. Rinse thoroughly with mains water (internal and external for endoscopy).
5. Dry with a clean disposable cloth and proceed according to the internal protocol.
