Since 1 September 2019, all institutions that use ionizing radiation sources must have a quality system in place to comply with the various legal requirements.

The B-QUAADRIL describes the audit procedures. eoQUAL ensures the implementation of a quality system, the monitoring of good radiological practices. It also facilitates self-assessment in accordance with B-QUAADRIL.

Quality procedures
eoQUAL integrates the range of quality procedures that are essential to comply with legal requirements.

Planning
All actions that are essential for the proper functioning of the quality system can be planned. Alerts are made available

Dashboard
It provides a clear visualization of the “quality” operation of the service.

Incidents
Any user can report an incident that occurred in the service. This is then managed and traced to closure by the quality manager.

Examinations
eoQUAL makes all the procedures necessary to conduct the examinations carried out in the service available to all relevant personnel at any time.

Radiological Park
Monitoring of imaging systems allows efficient management of all documents related to equipment commissioning, as well as planning of its maintenance.

Dosimetry
Dose reports sent to the competent authorities arearchivedin eoQUAL .

Human resources
All documents related to nursing or non-nursing staff working within the service (CV, diplomas, training, etc.) are managed in eoQUAL . The training is scheduled and the proof of achievement is archived.

PACS / RIS access
PACS or RIS have easy access to the exam performance data present in eoQUAL . This includes reviewing examination procedures as well as alerts and patient consent forms.

Full WEB application
eoQUAL has been developed in such a way that it is accessible from any workstation in the establishment via a simple internet browser. Secure access requires a login and a password.
