Vacuum mats for MRI & CT

This air vacuum mattress is designed for the gentle and secure immobilisation of infants and young children during MRI and CT examinations. By significantly limiting patient movement, it can eliminate the need for sedation, particularly in newborns and infants.

Compatible with medical imaging environments up to 3 Tesla, the mattress provides uniform and comfortable support while adapting precisely to the child’s body once the air is evacuated. This ensures reliable immobilisation without excessive pressure.

Several models are available to meet age- and size-specific requirements:

• Infants 0–6 months: width 35–55 cm, length 67 cm, weight 0.7 kg – Ref. VMR433X01
• Children 0.5–2 years: width 45–65 cm, length 90 cm, weight 1.3 kg – Ref. VMR438X02
• Children 2–4 years: width 51–76 cm, length 117 cm, weight 1.5 kg – Ref. VMR438X01
