CEIA MSDW Plus — Wall-Mounted Ferromagnetic Detector for MRI Facilities

The CEIA MSDW Plus is a wall-mounted ferromagnetic detector designed for the safety of people and equipment in MRI facilities. It provides preventive detection of ferromagnetic and magnetized objects that could cause a projectile effect at the entrance of the examination room.

Its multi-zone optical alarm signalling accurately localizes the position of the detected object over the entire height of the person. The housing is manufactured in non-magnetic AISI 316L stainless steel and high impact reinforced plastics, ensuring durability and hygiene in demanding medical environments.

The device is compatible with Zone I, II or III operation and can be deployed as a standalone unit or in a pass-through bi-device configuration. It records up to 100,000 events locally via a FIFO logger, downloadable via mobile app or PC.

Power is supplied via PoE Ethernet port or external AC/DC adapter. Operational parameter programming is password-protected at two levels (user and supervisor).
