Septispray 2 – Low-level surface disinfection spray

SEPTISPRAY 2 is an alcohol-free detergent disinfectant solution intended for the low-level cleaning and disinfection of reusable medical device surfaces, both invasive and non-invasive.

Designed to preserve sensitive materials, SEPTISPRAY 2 is suitable for wipe-based disinfection protocols in medical practices, imaging departments and clinical environments. Its microbiological activity complies with applicable standards while ensuring broad material compatibility.

• EN 1276 / EN 13727 / EN 16615: effective in 2 minutes

Yeasts

• EN 1650 / EN 13624 / EN 16615 on Candida albicans and Candida auris: effective in 2 minutes

Moulds

• EN 13624 / EN 17387 on Aspergillus fumigatus: effective in 30 minutes

Mycobacteria

• EN 14348 on Mycobacterium terrae: effective in 30 minutes

Viruses

• Enveloped viruses EN 14476 / EN 16777: effective in 2 minutes
• Norovirus and Rotavirus EN 14476 / EN 16777: effective in 15 minutes
• Adenovirus type 5 EN 14776: effective in 45 minutes

Ultrasound probe compatibility

The use of SEPTISPRAY 2 on ultrasound probes must comply with the manufacturer’s recommendations and the internal protocols of the healthcare facility.

Directions for use

1. Spray the product onto the surface or onto a clean non-woven wipe.
2. Clean the surface thoroughly.
3. Allow the product to act according to the required contact time.
4. Do not rinse unless specifically required.
5. Use a new wipe for each device.
