APDs are configured before use at any station or table-top units according to the parameterization defined by the radioprotection officer.
APD-Station
The APD-Station is an intelligent terminal where a user performs following operations:
- Register a dosimeter for his own immediate use (attribution)
- Return the APD after use, save the dose measurements (deattribution)
- View his own dose measurement database
The APD-Station can hold up to 16 APDs.
The APD-Station charges the APD battery and communicates to the server via a standard RJ-45 connection. The APD-Station operates also in an autonomous way, thus in the event of a LAN interruption it remains fully functional since it has a local, automatically synchronized, database.
Possibility of extension: up to 16 dosimeters
With or without inclined display (wall or table)
